All content, features, and functionality of our products are owned by Chimpjar. Our WordPress plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0 or later.
- You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products.
- Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
3. Payments and One-Time Fees
Chimpjar operates on a one-time payment model. There are no recurring monthly subscriptions for the version of the product you purchase. Payment processing is handled securely via Stripe and PayPal.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Chimpjar, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
