- You have contacted our support team, and we were unable to resolve the issue.
- Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the easily reproducible nature of digital goods, the following are generally non-refundable:
- HTML/Email Templates: As these are raw code files with no licensing restrictions, all template sales are final.
- Purchases made by mistake or "change of mind" without any technical issue.
- Custom development services.
